Fit Bootcamp Inc
Are you looking for a Fun.Intense.Training. workout?A fun, motivating way to lose weight, look better and feel great? One that doesn’t require long, boring gym workouts? Then you need to sign up for: FBI – Fit Bootcamp Inc!

One-On-One Training
One hour individual sessions. Will design and tailor an individual exercise program to help you achieve your goals in the fastest, most efficient way. Will provide motivation, nutritional guidance, and teach correct exercise form. Sessions by appointment only.

Stretching/Flexibility
Flexibility is an important element of a well-rounded fitness program. It is the ability to move joints through their full range of motion. When you can’t move a joint completely, you tend to compensate. If you want to improve your sports performance, prevent sports injury, alleviate back and other muscle pain or just increase your flexibility, this is for you. Gentle and relaxing, yet invigorating. Learn the proper way to stretch for every day! We meet Tuesday & Thursday morning at 6 a.m.at Green Island Country Club (members only)

Outdoor Cycling
Anyone interested in learning to cycle or if you haven’t cycled in years and you want to get started again. It is fun and another great way to get some cardio exercise. Cycling will be done on the River Walk by appointment only.

Fitness Assessment
Health screen, measurements, posture evaluation, body fat percentage, resting heart rate, target heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular strength & endurance tests. By appointment only.

In-Home Training, Hiking and Gift Certificates are also available
