I Am Half The Man I Use To Be!

Colin is half the man he use to be, thanks to his consistency with his exercise routine. With the help of Bodyworks Fitness Personal Training Colin began his commitment to exercise for his health and in 3 months has gone from a size 44 pants to a size 34. He made a decision to better his health, a commitment to follow through and now he has succeeded in his goal weight of 180. Colin’s workout consists of 2-3 times per week of strength training, 20-30 minutes of early morning cardio 5-6 days per week, afternoon cycling or running if time permits and has kept a close watch on his diet.
