Out-of-shape, in-shape, and over-shape folks alike are welcome at Fit Bootcamp Inc, the best fitness bootcamp in Columbus, GA, which go tactical on flab, but not without realistic encouragement and support.
Each class is full of fun, intense training that not only challenges your muscles but also your brain, fueling constant gains and keeping you engaged. Bootcamp begins with a fitness test to assess clients’ physical conditions, giving Fit Bootcamp Inc a starting point to ensure personal growth. Over the course of the 45-minute session you’ll take to the arena of the great outdoors and push yourself through a high-intensity medley of exercises, you will slam out push-ups and lunges, do pull-ups, squats, sprints, crawl like a crab, climb many mountains, and end with a series of stretches to work out all the kinks, all while grandstands of Red-tailed Hawks and Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers cheer you on. Students are kept engaged and ever-ready through each class’s different style, all pulling from strength and cardiovascular exercises. Although you will be challenged — you will also be inspired with positivity and encouragement.
We specialize in transforming bodies. You will also receive the new Rapid Fat Loss Eating Plan, an outline and guide for healthy eating that includes:
- A breakdown of carbs, fats, and proteins in each meal
- Guide of how to maximize fat loss
- List of acceptable foods

Participants in Fit Bootcamp Inc may see a number of results, including an average weight loss of five pounds, strengthened core, increased endurance, and improved flexibility.
Bring a water bottle, a mat or towel,and a set of dumbbells (10–25 pounds) to each session. Be sure to call ahead to schedule your FIRST camp; all classes are subject to weather, and cancellations will be determined 90 minutes before start time.

New bootcamp times and locations can be formed when we have 4 or more people interested. Contact us if you have a small group that wants to start up a new bootcamp.
Prices for the boot camp are as follows:
12 Month Commitment – $129**
***(Best Deal): This is a one year commitment paid-in-full up front at the $99/month price. You will receive the 13th month free AND after the 13th month you will continue to pay $99 per month for as long as you would like.

Loop Hole! We will allow you to at any point before the 6 month or 12 month contract is over to opt out, by paying the difference between the 1 month and the 6 month or 12 month memberships. For example, if after 2 months on the 6 month plan you decide to stop, you will just have to pay the difference ($50 X 2 Months = $100). This loop hole makes it an easy decision to sign up for the 6 or 12 month instead of just one month at a time.
