I hope you all have had a great week!
I know some of you are ready to get back to your bootcamp workouts and so am I! I have missed you!
I have been reorganizing my summer schedule and have made a few changes to the bootcamp days and times. Check them out at HERE.
Also, check out the Easy Turkey Wrap recipe I have included in this email. This wrap is perfect to pack for lunch or makes a quick and healthy dinner. It’s ready in a flash, tastes amazing, and is filled with lean turkey, veggies and whole sprouted grains. Try it today, but don’t be surprised if you get hooked!
Beginning next week we will meet Mon.,Wed.,Fri.at 6 a.m. at the 9280 Veterans Pkwy. location(my home). You need to email me to let me know you will be attending and bring your checkbook or cash for payment. Also, bring your mats, towel and 10-25lbs weights.
I am also beginning a cycling workout on – Tues. & Thurs. @ 5:30 or 6 p.m. at the Riverwalk downtown. So grab your bike and come on out! You must sign up in advance for this!
Starting soon we will be offering bootcamp at Britt David Park – Mon.,Wed.,Fri. 8 or 9 a.m. for the prenatal and moms with young kids and Mon.,Wed or Tues.,Thurs. at 6:30pm for those that can’t come to the 6 a.m. sessions. If there is an interest in any of these times, please let me know as we are trying to get a count of who is interested so we can make plans to get the bootcamps started.

Easy Turkey Wrap
Servings: 1
Here’s what you need:
- 1 sprouted grain tortilla, 6 inches
- 1 Tablespoon low fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce roughly chopped
- 3oz lean turkey slices
- dash of salt and pepper
- Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese evenly over one side of the tortilla.
- Arrange the turkey slices over the cream cheese and layer with tomatoes. Top with lettuce, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll the tortilla closed.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals: 228 calories, 6g fat, 21g carbohydrate, 4g fiber, and 21g protein.
