Bodyworks Fitness - Fitness Boot Camp in Columbus GA
Boot Camp in Columbus GA
A little less than a year ago, I weighed 178 pounds. I was always tired, irritable and just flat out disgusted with myself. I felt like I was out of control of my body. I started going to bootcamp in the fall of 2009. I got frustrated because I did not get the results I wanted, fast enough. In January 2010 I incorporated diet change into my exercise regime, that’s when I started noticing results. The baby weight I had had on me for 2 years finally started to come off. In a matter of months, the pants that I had not been able to wear for years were finally starting to fit! It was a definite motivator. I kept up with my exercise regime, and have lost 30 pounds! The pants that once did not fit me, are now too big for me. I have stuck to my diet and exercise plan and am still losing weight. I am currently below my pre-pregnancy weight. My goal is to lose 15 more pounds. With diet and exercise I can do it!
Thanks to the FBI (Fit Bootcamp Inc), for my inspiration and weight loss!
